Revision Rounds

Starter Landing Page includes one revision round.
Business Website includes two revision rounds.
Ecommerce Starter and Custom Builds include revision terms agreed in the project quote.
A revision round means a collected list of reasonable changes to the agreed design, copy, layout, or content.

What Counts As Extra Work

Adding new pages, major new sections, ecommerce features, booking tools, payment integrations, or new design directions after approval.
Replacing large amounts of content after the site has already been built.
Requests caused by missing or incorrect client information.

Cancellations And Refunds

If work has not started, a refund may be issued minus payment processing or transfer fees.
If work has started, any refund is based on the paid amount minus completed work, time spent, purchased assets, and third-party costs.
No refund is available after final approval, launch, file handoff, or delivery of a completed website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Launch Offer Projects

Discounted launch-offer projects are designed for quick delivery using ready content. They may have tighter scope, fewer revision rounds, and limited refund flexibility once work begins.

Support After Launch

Small fixes related to agreed launch scope may be handled shortly after launch. New updates, ongoing edits, content changes, SEO work, or growth support can be covered by a care plan or new quote.
